At Therapisant we understand that relationship difficulties can be a common result of past or ongoing trauma. We recognise that trauma can impact people's confidence to form and maintain healthy relationships with others, and we approach treatment with a trauma-informed lens.

Our approach to treating relationship difficulties is grounded in trauma-informed principles, which prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment. We work with you to identify the specific challenges you are experiencing in your relationships, and thinking together about what you would like to work on.
We believe that trying to figure out relationships requires a deep understanding of how trauma impacts our ability to connect with others, and we strive to create a safe and supportive environment for this exploration to take place. Our goal is to help you build resilience, develop healthy communication skills, and cultivate meaningful connections with others regardless of your gender, sexual orientation, faith or cultural and ethic background.
At Therapisant, we offer face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in London for those who prefer this type of intervention. Our face-to-face sessions are offered ad hoc and subject to limited availability.
If you are interested in face-to-face sessions, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we are unable to offer you in person sessions due to limited availability, we will work with you to find other resources and support options, including signposting you to other qualified practitioners.

Numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of online psychotherapy as a valid and effective alternative to traditional in-person therapy.
