Our full fee for individual time limited psychological intervention from a Registered Clinical Psychologist is depends on the funding method (insurance or self-funded).
We understand that private therapy fees may not be feasible for everyone, and we are committed to making our services accessible to as many individuals as possible.
For individuals who are unable to afford the full fee or the trainee fee, we can help with signposting you to training organisations who offer low or no fee therapy or to the NHS. Do not hesitate to ask us about the options available via email.

If you have private health insurance coverage through one of these providers, you may be able to receive partial or full reimbursement for our services. Please contact your insurance provider directly to determine the details of your coverage.

Do I need to be referred by a GP or health professional?
No you can self refer. We also accept referrals from other professionals.
How much is a session?
The cost per session for individuals depends on funding method (self-funded or insurance).

Do I need to pay for sessions before I visit?
No you can pay at each session or monthly and you can bank transfer.
How many sessions will I need?
Therapy is very specific to each person, so we will discuss how you would like to start. Some people find short term interventions of 6 sessions helps them enough. Others find they need more sessions and arrange longer term open ended sessions.
Do I need to have counselling weekly?
Weekly is recommend so you can gain most benefits from your sessions. If for financial or life reasons you cannot come weekly then fortnightly sessions are also an option.
Can I have my session on the same day every week?
Yes, this is recommended. You can have your session on the same day and at the same time every week.
Will I have any breaks from therapy?
Yes, the break from therapy is very important and this usually happens around Christmas, Easter and summer.
I work shifts, is this a problem?
No that's never a problem. We can schedule your next session each time around your current shift pattern.
Do you offer sessions during the day so I can come while my children are at school?
Yes, on a first come, first served basis.
As well as adults, do you work with children?
Yes, we work with babies and toddlers under 5 years old and adolescents over 15 years old.
Can I arrange a therapy session for a friend or relative?
You can recommend our service to someone you care for. The person though will need to follow this up and make contact to confirm a session. They can contact us by email or phone.
What if I'm late for a session?
Tech problems and life happens. Sessions will always need to finish though at the allotted time as there may be other people attending sessions that day.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We do not have a cancellation policy. Sessions will be offered at the same day and time every week and your therapist will give you notice in advance for upcoming breaks. Pre-agreed sessions you cannot attend, will be charged in full. If your therapist cancels pre-agreed sessions, you will not be charged for them.
