At Therapisant we have extensive experience working with parents and children from pregnancy to age five. We have a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by families during the perinatal period and the early years, and we are equipped to support them in a variety of ways.

Antenatal preparation: Supporting parents-to-be in preparing for the arrival of their baby, including managing their expectations and addressing any concerns they may have.
Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders: We provide support to mothers and fathers who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or other mood disorders during pregnancy or in the postpartum period.
Infertility and loss: We support couples and individuals who are dealing with infertility or who have experienced pregnancy loss, including stillbirth and neonatal death.
Parenting concerns: We provide support to new parents navigate the challenges of early parenthood, including sleep difficulties, feeding problems, and adjusting to life with a new baby or a toddler up until the age of 5.
Relationship difficulties: We provide support to couples facing challenges in their relationship during the perinatal period, including issues related to communication, intimacy, and conflict resolution.
Trauma: We provide support to individuals who have experienced trauma related to the birth process or other events during the perinatal period.
We provide, parents and their babies and toddlers with a holistic approach to support during this critical time in their lives.
At Therapisant, we offer face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in London for those who prefer this type of intervention. Our face-to-face sessions are offered ad hoc and subject to limited availability.
If you are interested in face-to-face sessions, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we are unable to offer you in person sessions due to limited availability, we will work with you to find other resources and support options, including signposting you to other qualified practitioners.

Currently we are working predominantly online. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home or private space.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of online psychotherapy as a valid and effective alternative to traditional in-person therapy. Online therapy has been shown to be effective for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and relationship difficulties. Online therapy has also been found to be equally as effective as in-person therapy.
