Whether you are experiencing recent loss or are struggling with the long-term impact of grief, we are here to help.
At Therapisant, we offer face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in London for those who prefer this type of intervention. Our face-to-face sessions are offered ad hoc and subject to limited availability.
If you are interested in face-to-face sessions, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we are unable to offer you in person sessions due to limited availability, we will work with you to find other resources and support options, including signposting you to other qualified practitioners.
We understand that everyone has different preferences and needs when it comes to therapy, and we are committed to offering a range of options to best support you.

Currently we are working predominantly online. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home or private space.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of online psychotherapy as a valid and effective alternative to traditional in-person therapy. Online therapy has been shown to be effective for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, and relationship difficulties. Online therapy has also been found to be equally as effective as in-person therapy.
