In addition, we also offer post-incident support to help organizations and individuals cope with the aftermath of a difficult event. This can include debriefing sessions and individual support to help people process their emotions and develop coping strategies.

At Therapisant, we offer face-to-face psychotherapy sessions in London for those who prefer this type of intervention. Our face-to-face sessions are offered ad hoc and subject to limited availability.
If you are interested in face-to-face sessions, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if we are unable to offer you in person sessions due to limited availability, we will work with you to find other resources and support options, including signposting you to other qualified practitioners.

Currently we are working predominantly online. Online sessions are held from the safety of your own home or private space.
Numerous studies have demonstrated the efficacy of online psychotherapy as a valid and effective alternative to traditional in-person therapy.
